Our team collaborates closely with various departments to optimize financial processes and enhance decision-making capabilities.Support the FP&A Deal Desk function by providing financial analysis and insights for complex deal structuresCollaborate with sales, legal, and finance teams to ensure alignment on deal terms and financial implicationsDevelop and implement pricing strategies and financial models to support business objectivesAnalyze and evaluate deal performance, providing recommendations for improvementsEnsure compliance with financial policies and procedures, and support audit processesMinimum QualificationsThis role requires the individual to work and support US timezones6+ years of experience in a finance role, with a focus on enterprise deal desk or financial planning and analysisStrong analytical skills and experience with financial modelingExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionallyProficiency in financial software and tools, such as Salesforce and ExcelPreferred QualificationsGlobal experienceExperience in a large enterprise technology or SaaS companiesFamiliarity with Atlassian products and financial systemsAdvanced degree or certification in finance or accounting (e.g., CFA, CPA)Proven track record of leading financial initiatives and driving process improvementsCompensationAt Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience.In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:Zone A: $140,400 - $183,300Zone B: $126,300 - $164,970Zone C: $116,500 - $152,139This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.Please visit go.atlassian.com/payzones for more information on which locations are included in each of our geographic pay zones.
