We are looking for passionate, results-oriented leaders to join us on this journey.Job DescriptionThe Senior Analyst will work with a technology leader in the market research industry specializing in online and digital research methodologies. As part of the Global Coverage Team, you will provide operational support for online research projects across multiple regions and time zones, ensuring continuity of service outside regional business hours.In this role, you will support project delivery by responding to client and internal requests, troubleshooting project-related issues, monitoring project health, and coordinating with regional teams to ensure timely resolution of urgent requests.
